We offer a convenient planned maintenance agreement (PMA) to help keep your heating and air conditioning system running at peak efficiency. Our plan includes two tune-ups per year.

During each tune-up, our NATE-certified technicians will:

• Check condensate lines
• Check duct connections
• Inspect the blower compartment
• Calibrate thermostats
• Inspect the secondary drain pan
• Confirm component performance
• Check service valves, contactors, and capacitors
• Check outdoor fan motors
• Inspect condenser coils
• Inspect compressors
• Check air filters
• Check freon levels
• Flush drain lines
