After nine incredible years serving the South Florida community, Cool Bear will permanently close by the end of 2025.

As of October 31, 2025, we have ceased all new installations and service calls. A small team remains in place through the end of the year to assist with final customer concerns and ensure a smooth wind-down.

If you are an active maintenance member, you will receive a mailed notice with instructions on how to request a refund for any remaining membership value. We are committed to honoring our obligations and making this transition as seamless as possible.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our loyal employees, valued partners, and dedicated customers. Your support has meant everything to us.
